Connection

Remote: https://mcp.clickup.com/mcp — Streamable HTTP or SSE (both transports on one endpoint). Auth is OAuth 2.1: the agent gets the permissions of whichever ClickUp user connected the integration. Add it as a regular remote MCP server in Claude, Cursor, VS Code; the current endpoint and tool list is at developer.clickup.com/llms.txt.

Tools

Task orchestration: search and filter by assignee, priority and status; create and update tasks, set assignees and due dates. Reports across lists and projects. Time tracking: read and create time entries against tasks. The full, current list is under "Available Tools" in ClickUp's docs (the service is in public beta, so the list may change).

"Assign all Urgent-priority tasks in the Bugs list to me, due tomorrow", "how much time did I log on the Redesign project's tasks this week?", "show a report for the Sprint 24 list — how many tasks are closed".

Pricing

MCP is included on ClickUp's plans, including Free Forever; limits on task counts and members follow the regular account plan. The service is currently in public beta.
