Cloudflare MCP: Documentation

Updated:

Connection

The family's main address is https://mcp.cloudflare.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.0 — authorized with a Cloudflare account in the browser on first connect). Some servers have their own addresses on mcp.cloudflare.com subdomains (e.g. docs, radar, browser-rendering, ai-gateway, autorag). They connect as regular remote MCP servers in Claude, Cursor, VS Code and other clients — no local install needed.

Tools

The 15 family servers by area:

  • Main API — account, zone and DNS management.
  • Docs — Cloudflare documentation search.
  • Workers Bindings — R2 (object storage), KV (key-value), D1 (SQL).
  • Builds — status and logs for Workers Pages CI/CD builds.
  • Observability — logs and metrics for Workers/apps.
  • Radar — internet traffic and threat data.
  • Browser Rendering — a headless browser for rendering and screenshots.
  • AI Gateway — proxying and monitoring for LLM provider calls.
  • AutoRAG — managing RAG pipelines over Cloudflare data.

Agent flow

"Create a KV namespace and write a value to it", "why did the last Workers deploy fail?", "find a DDoS traffic spike in Radar's report from the past week", "set up AI Gateway for a new model provider".

Pricing

All Cloudflare MCP servers are free to connect to; usage of the underlying products (Workers, R2, AI Gateway, etc.) is billed at regular Cloudflare rates, including a generous free tier.
