Connection

Remote server at https://mcp.hubspot.com, HTTP (Streamable) transport, OAuth 2.0 authorization (HubSpot is moving to OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and refresh-token rotation during 2026). The app connects through a HubSpot Private App — the agent's permissions are limited to its granted scopes. A separate local Developer MCP Server exists for CLI-based HubSpot app development — it runs fully offline, with no link to mcp.hubspot.com.

Tools

HubSpot doesn't publish an exact function list, but the coverage is stable: contacts and companies (search, read, create, update), deals with pipeline stages, support tickets, invoices, and engagements — calls, emails, meetings and tasks attached to CRM records. HubSpot states outright that the toolset "will increase over time as we add more MCP tools."

Agent flow

"Find all open deals for client Acme Corp", "create a ticket and link it to the deal", "show all invoices for this company this quarter" — the agent works the CRM without switching to the HubSpot UI, within the Private App's granted scopes.

Pricing

A free tier is available to every HubSpot account; some CRM capabilities (contact volume, automations) depend on HubSpot's paid plans rather than on the MCP server itself.
