Connection

Endpoint https://mcp.pipedrive.ai/mcp, HTTP transport. Connect via OAuth: sign in with your own Pipedrive account — no need to register a separate API app. Ready-made setup guides exist for Claude and ChatGPT in Pipedrive's support base. By default a client may not load the full tool list at once — turning on "load all tools" in the client's settings is worth doing explicitly.

Tools

Covers the core CRM entities: deals (create, update, search, pipeline assignment), contacts and organizations, leads (including source and status), activities (calls, meetings, tasks) and pipeline reports. Pipedrive doesn't publish an exact function list as a separate reference — the toolset is built around CRUD and analytics for each entity.

Agent flow

"Show this week's leads with no assigned manager", "create a deal for organization Vostok and schedule a call for tomorrow", "how many deals are in the negotiation stage this quarter?" — the agent works the pipeline with no Pipedrive UI involved.

Pricing

MCP is included on every Pipedrive plan, from Essential to Enterprise. Usage is metered in tokens included with the plan; extra tokens can be purchased once the limit runs out.
