Connection
Remote: https://mcp.trello.com/v1 (HTTP). Auth is OAuth 2.0: the agent acts within the permissions of whichever Trello user connected the integration. Add it as a regular remote MCP server in Claude, Cursor, VS Code and other clients, no package install needed.
Tools
Board operations: list boards, lists and members. Cards: create, read, update (description, due date, members, labels), move between lists. Checklists: add items, mark them done. Planner: suggests a card order by due date and priority. Archiving cards and lists — deletion is intentionally not among the tools.

Limits
No card deletion — only archiving (a deliberate Atlassian choice for data safety). The agent's access is limited to boards visible to the connecting user.
Pricing
MCP is available on every Trello plan, including the free one; limits on board counts and Power-Ups follow the regular account plan.
